Reserves stay in Division 2 after a strong 4th-place finish last season, and will be joined by:
> Relegated Cheltenham Civil Service
> Promoted sides Ellwood, Stoke Lane Athletic & Cinderford Town

A Team remain in Division 4, and welcome two new clubs:
> Barnwood United (Gloucester)
> English Bicknor (Forest of Dean)
